Learn how to make the naturally fermented probiotic drink that everybody’s talking about. Kombucha is a slightly effervescent fermented drink made from sweetened ta and a specific culture known as a scoby and is a regular sell out in Fia.

This workshop is an introduction to these process of fermenting kombucha, the health benefits that go along with it and how to care for your starter cultures or ‘mothers’.

What to bring?

All you need is a mason jar of some sort to bring home your scoby. All other materials are provided for you on the night.

Class starts at 6pm on the night and shall be 1-2 hrs in length.
